Spring reopening 17th January 2012

Happy New year to all our customers whether you come to have a browse on the nursery or pop into the Lemontree for a coffee.

January is a month of expectation of spring yet to come spring bulbs are just popping their heads through the grass

and trees and shrubs are beginning to bud up, a big difference from last January when we were under snow.

This is a good time to plan what changes or plans you have for the garden, whilst foliage is at a minimum you can see where  there may be gaps, which need filling or  dead material needs clearing, we have a lot of new stock now out on the nursery, with a lot more coming on, we endeavour to grow as much of our stock as possible, or source from other Somerset nurserys.

The Nursery is now stocking a small selection of local produce all produced in Somerset some very local the village did

an apple press this year from apples collected in the village all procceds going to the local church.

We shall soon be offering Bed & Breakfast in our home which is ajacent to the nursery so if you would like to come and stay on a working nursery watch this space.
